All About Shayla
Hi there, I’m Shayla Tharp, an Actor and Voice-Over Artist originally from the Midwest. I earned my BFA in Theatre from California State University, Northridge, and later completed my MFA at the University of Essex in London, where I focused on Speech and Dialects.
After living in London for five years and getting to perform off the West End in the immersive production Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding, I'm now settled back in Los Angeles, where my voice can be heard in projects for Toyota, Google Play, Audible, and a variety of other brands. When I’m not working on my own projects, I work as a Personal Assistant to my longtime friend Kristen Johnston as she gears up for the next season of her Netflix sitcom, Leanne.
